All bows are hand sewn, heat sealed, and stiffened. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, size, or pattern placement may occur and are not considered defects. Screen colors may vary.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and payment is required at checkout. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

Order Notes

Special requests in comment box are not guaranteed.

No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Shipping

Processing times are listed on the website. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
