Due to the handmade and custom nature of our boutique bows, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Each bow is hand sewn, heat sealed, and stiffened, making every item unique. Because of this, we cannot resell returned items.

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect color choices, sizing, or style selections.

  • Minor variations may occur due to the handmade process and screen color differences—this is not considered a defect.

  • Orders canceled after purchase will not be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.
